Make the Most of My Gambling Mistakes

I have been gambling on the internet or at land based gambling halls for a good many years. I have found out, the habit can take a hold of you and you won’t even see it up till you are broke. Especially if you are on a winning streak. I have been through many tens of thousands of clams in only a tiny period of time and at times, I still go too far. It feels like you are only enjoying yourself up until you choose to pay attention to your loss and the anguish sets in, and of course you continue advising yourself "I might be able to gain it back" repeatedly. It doesn’t work. Then you get sick to your gut and the harder you try the quicker you throw away.

When you observe that you are ahead, STAY on the UP! When you start to lose, don’t inform yourself, "well only maybe one more" and again and again, trust me, this plan RARELY ever functions. Say you plan on playing on slot machines, keep a pot separate before beginning your gambling. DO NOT go over this range, regardless of how tempting. If you happen to succeed, put that in an alternate pot. Don’t wager your payouts no matter what. Once you have gambled through your initial set range, stop. Back off, whether it is on the net or at a land based gambling den, do not stay around. Always keep in mind, there no doubt will be other days, other times. Obviously, this technique can function for any game that you wager on, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, vingt-et-un or any other game.

Remember, betting is supposed to be enjoyable not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If you cannot afford the losses, don’t even start.
